As this is a remote job, we would also expect the candidate to have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace and be able to work in the timezone overlapping with the teams in the company. Your key responsibilities: Create/update the UI/UX for our main products portfolios Create a unified UI theme for the entire company Collaborate with developers, sales team and product management team to get the right vision created and implemented Revamp of the AirFi website UI/UX Creation of artwork/graphics for products, product catalogs, website, social media, etc. What We Look For: Proven UI and UX Design skills - 2+ Years Mobile first mindset, focus on responsive design Demonstrated custom web design skills that show creativity beyond applying third-party templates Strong Visual Design skills: Eye for Pixel-perfection and beauty Strong working knowledge of Gimp / Photoshop / Coreldraw Must be self-initiated and able to work in a fast-paced environment Understands the overall technology architecture of how products are created, developed, and deployed Possess strong documentation and illustration skills Previous experience working within an Agile Methodology development organization Effective verbal and written communication skills Sound decision and judgment making skill Must-Have Technical Skills: Proven Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc., Experience in wireframing and prototyping Experience in layout & typography Experience in information architecture and interaction design You Get Bonus Points For: Exposure to Video streaming, eCommerce or payments related domains Have an affinity for metrics and data analytics Affinity with airlines, the most exciting industry in the world What You Can Expect from Us: We try to provide opportunities that not only satisfy your creative instincts but also allow you to make a significant impact on the products that we create and the business we are in.
