Job Title : Java Backend Developer Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with expertise in building scalable and high-performance backend systems. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications, APIs, and databases to support our software solutions. Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and applications using Java technologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets design and architectural standards. Implementing and integrating third-party APIs and services as needed. Optimizing performance and scalability of backend systems through code optimization, caching mechanisms, and database tuning. Conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues. Documenting technical designs, processes, and procedures. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role, with a minimum of 4.5 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot) and C + +. Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in computer science or related field. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of message broker systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
