The Opportunity : We are seeking a highly experienced Planview Enterprise Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our project management processes. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our Planview Enterprise environment, ensuring its smooth operation and maximum value for our organization.Responsibilities :- Manage all aspects of the Planview Enterprise environment, including user accounts, security permissions, and system configuration.- Possess in-depth knowledge of various Planview Enterprise modules, including:- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)- Resource Management- Workload Management- Collaboration Tools (e.g., Teamspace)- Create and manage project lifecycles to streamline project workflows and governance.- Configure custom fields and workflows to meet specific business needs.- Define and manage resource rates and billing rates for accurate project costing.- Generate comprehensive reports from Planview to gain valuable insights into project performance and resource utilization.- Manage and utilize the Progression Engine for automating workflows and data manipulation.- Leverage Scripted Dialogues to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.- Configure and maintain integrations between Planview and other planning tools (inbound/outbound).- Demonstrate proficiency with the latest Planview versions, including cloud-based deployments on AWS.- Possess a strong understanding of Planview's Administered Project Portfolio Management (PPM) capabilities.- Be highly adept at managing projects within Agile environments using Planview Agileplace.- Possess expert knowledge in building and managing project lifecycles within Planview.- Integrate Planview effectively with Agile tools like Jira, ensuring seamless data flow.Qualifications :- 8-15 years of experience in IT administration, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Planview Enterprise administration.- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing a complex Planview Enterprise environment.- In-depth understanding of Planview Enterprise modules, functionalities, and best practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders (project managers, IT team, business users).- Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS) a strong plus.- Experience integrating Planview with Agile tools (e.g. Jira) highly desirable.
