Position Description :Act as a focal point interact with business, gather requirements, BRD / SRD convey the requirement to the development team and ensure clarity. Ensure release deadlines are achieved. Plan on the important aspects of the release, changes & coordinate with the development team, business side. Liaising with testing team. Ensure deployment process been followed. What you will do for Sectona as a Senior Software Engineer- Primary ResponsibilitiesLeads the software development team during the design/build phases of the SDLC.Manage in the entire lifecycle of the product - design, documentation, coding, and release.Build high quality mock-ups and design different prototypes.Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON to create user-friendly user interface (UI) with Cross-browser compatibilityUse .NET/related technologies, OOPs concepts etc. to build modular & loosely coupled applications.Demonstrate good knowledge of software engineering best practices such as: versioning and versioning control, software packaging and software release management.Work effectively in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams such as backend developers and other support functions.Drive the design and development of one or more components or applications in our product by establishing robust low-level design, good code practices and unit testing.Build products with a view to maximizing ease of operations of those products and facilitate rapid development and deployment of new features and changes.Optimize our application for maximum speed.Integrate third party products, understand the underlying platform of those products.Generate release notes to accompany each major release.Team Info :We are a lean company with a diverse team of coders, testers and sales professionals by the day and musicians, sports-lovers, photographers, bloggers and dancers all the other times, we are looking forward to expand this diversity and create a unique experience for our customers through our distinct problem-solving approach.Skills, Education, and Experience you require :B.Tech/ B.Sc (CS)/ BCA/ MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS)5+ years of software development experience in C#, ASP.NET, HTML5, Bootstrap, JavaScript and Database (Microsoft SQL & MySQL)Can exhibit a passion and enthusiasm for remarkable technology.You are passionate about good design, performance, and scalability.Utilize solutions-oriented, systematic approach to developing & designing software.Must have skills (Hands on): Windows and IISExperience in SDLC cycleC#.NET, ASP.NETSOAP APIDatabase (Microsoft SQL OR MySQL),Test-driven developmentJavaScript, jQuery, CSS, DOM, HTML5, BootstrapVisual Studio 2015/2017/2019 with Visual Studio Team Foundation ServiceNice to have skills (Knowledge) :Software Change & Release process.NET CoreASP.NET MVCCI, CDRestful APIGIT, SVN, Agile, JIRA, ConfluenceEntity FrameworkMicrosoft Azure (DevOps, AD and etc) OR AWS (exposure to services such as EC2 and S3)You should apply ifCare about contributing to an amazing work culture and environment.Are comfortable with the fast-paced, mercurial nature of a tech startup.Have impeccable communication - both verbal and writtenA knack for learning new technologies and advancing skillsSome of our benefits and perks include:Flexible working hoursHealth Insurance OptionWork Location :Mumbai, India (ref:hirist.tech)
