Skills : 1. Agile Program Experience 2. Scrum Master Technical Oversight : Oversee all technical aspects of project delivery, including architecture design, solution development, and technical problem-solving. Utilize past development experience to understand and explain architectural decisions for key accounts. Solution Development : Independently build solutions when necessary, leveraging technical expertise to address project requirements and challenges effectively. Presales Support : Participate in presales activities by providing technical insights and estimations to support business development efforts- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- 7 to 9 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing technical delivery.- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, project management, and quality assurance- Experience in a similar role within a technology-driven company. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech)
