Proficiency with Service Now Implementation, CSM, Integration Hub / API integration, Service request Management, Java Script, UI Builder, App Engine, Scripting, Flow DesignerJob Description :We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.- Implement and maintain ServiceNow configurations, including workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules.- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and third-party connectors.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.- Collaborate with business users, process owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs.- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.- Stay current with ServiceNow technologies and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.- Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum X years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident Management, and Change Management.- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and Jelly.- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.Benefits :- Competitive salary- Comprehensive health benefits- Retirement savings plan- Flexible work schedule- Professional development opportunitiesIf you are passionate about ServiceNow development and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career, we encourage you to apply for this position.
