Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our web and mobile applications.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and understand user requirements.- Translate user needs and business goals into visually appealing and functional UI mockups and prototypes using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.- Develop clear and concise storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate design ideas.- Craft original UI designs for website mockups, app interfaces, and dashboards, ensuring a cohesive visual language and user experience.- Prepare and present design concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.- Identify and troubleshoot user experience (UX) issues related to usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing results.- Adhere to established style guides and design systems, contributing to their evolution and implementation.- Take ownership of assigned design tasks, collaborating effectively with product managers and engineers throughout the development process.- Possess excellent communication skills in English to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Maintain a strong curiosity about emerging technologies, design trends, and design software.Qualifications :- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience designing UI/UX for mobile apps and web applications.- Proven ability to create high-fidelity mockups that accurately represent the look and feel of applications.- Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals is a plus.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Experience in creating and contributing to design systems is highly desirable.- Familiarity with design principles for both Android and iOS platforms is a plus.
