Notice Period : Immediate to 20 DaysResponsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement robust ServiceNow solutions aligned with specific business requirements.- Customize and configure various ServiceNow modules, including :- Incident Management- Change Management- Configuration Management Database (CMDB)- IT Asset Management (ITAM)- IT Operations Management (ITOM)- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation within the ServiceNow platform.- Perform upgrades, apply patches, and implement enhancements to keep the ServiceNow platform up-to-date and functioning optimally.- Develop and maintain essential ServiceNow components like workflows, forms, scripts, reports, and dashboards to improve process efficiency and user experience.- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems as needed to create a seamless technology landscape.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ServiceNow applications and integrations, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the platform's functionality.- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for clear communication and future reference.Skills & Qualifications :- 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.- Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB, ITAM, and ITOM.- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g. ServiceNow Scripting Engine).- Experience with workflow automation and UI/UX design principles within ServiceNow.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
