Job Role:We are looking for a Senior Designer who will have a proven track record of delivering delightful and highly usable user interfaces and designs that address challenging product problems and build design as a capability inside mPokket. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating effectively with product, design, business, and technical stakeholders in an agile environment. You'll create both functional and appealing features that address our users' needs and help us grow our customer base.Primary Responsibilities :- User-Centered Design : Conduct user research, create user personas, and design wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.- Prototyping and Testing : Develop prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. Test and iterate designs based on feedback.- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive design language and user experience across all product touchpoints.- Brand Consistency : Ensure consistency in visual elements and define behavior that aligns with the company's brand guidelines.- Stay Updated : Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.Qualifications :- 3-6 years in UI/UX design, particularly in fintech B2C products.- Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Graduate of any related course- Portfolio : A strong portfolio demonstrating a good understanding of UI/UX and first principles thinking and skills in creating user-centric designs.Required Skills :- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.- Experience with user research and usability testing.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail (very important).
