Description:

Job Title : Oracle HCM Consultant.We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with expertise in areas such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor. Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on best practices for implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client-specific requirements, including system setup, data migration, and integrations with other systems. Lead workshops and training sessions for clients to demonstrate system functionality and gather requirements. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements. Stay up-to-date on Oracle HCM Cloud product releases and new features, and provide recommendations for leveraging these capabilities to improve client processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organization.
