We are looking for Product Managers for our client based out of Airoli, Mumbai.Experience : 10 to 12 YearsWork location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the banking industry. - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights, customer feedback, and business goals. - Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to banking products.- Ensure that the product design is future proof, in line with the latest trends in the market.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, and marketing to develop and launch new banking products.- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.- Drive and manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features - define and track major/minor releases to ensure timely delivery of high quality, user friendly, fit for purpose products.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.Experience :- 10-12 yrs experience on working for banking products of which at least 3 years should be in a product manager role in a bank, NBFC or FinTech.- Well-versed with Fintech Innovations in India, Southeast Asian Market.- Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box, innovate and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.- High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and able to work independently.- High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results.- Good organizing skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.Interested candidates may reach out quickly with the following details :1.
