Job Description :- Founded in 2014, FieldAssist is a new-age SaaS company with its headquarters in Gurgaon and an employee strength of 75+.- Over the past 6 years, we have helped FMCG industries in digitizing their sales and distribution processes.- We are creating a paradigm shift in the way field sales work with our all-in-one salesforce automation application.- We have a trusted clientele of 350+ brands across India including Bisleri, Jockey, Everest Spices & Tata Salt.- We imbibe the culture of integrity, trust, empathy, collaboration, and freedom to take risks.- If growth and innovation are on your mind, FA is the right place for you.Responsibilities :Project Management & Collaboration:- Partner with the Client Project Head and Coordinator to gain a thorough understanding of the client's roadmap and project objectives.- Manage end-to-end project delivery of new products, including successful pilots of new features.- Work with product and quality assurance teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.- Define success metrics with clients and product teams to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.- Utilize project management methodologies to keep projects on track, within budget, and on schedule.Client Management:- Supervise client health by conducting regular meetings (GTMs and MBRs).- Monitor feature stability projects and promptly address any client concerns.- Ensure clear and consistent communication by closing the loop on email communications.Technical Expertise:- Gain a comprehensive understanding of both the Product Database and the client's database for seamless integrations and data management.- Possess a strong understanding of API use cases and demonstrate proficiency in tools like Postman and Console for debugging purposes.- Utilize SQL queries to access and manipulate data as needed.Documentation & Analysis:- Create clear and concise understanding documents based on Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).- Analyze project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with client needs.Team Management:- Lead the team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.- Motivate and guide the team for improved performance.Requirements :- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.- Proven understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc. ) with a track record of successful project delivery.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Proficiency in API integration concepts and writing SQL queries.- Knowledge of commercial implications and financial aspects of project delivery.Technical Skills :- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.- Experience with API integration tools like Postman and debugging tools like Console.- Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation.- Understanding of database structures and integrations.
