Job Description :Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges. - Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to elicit and document both business and technical requirements.- Analyze, validate, and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.- Create comprehensive requirement specification documents (SRS) including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process workflows.- Work closely with development teams to effectively communicate requirements, address questions, and ensure solutions accurately meet client needs.- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the entire development lifecycle (SDLC). - Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between existing systems/processes and client requirements, proposing solutions to bridge those gaps.- Participate in solution testing and validation to ensure they adhere to specified requirements and quality standards.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to both clients and internal teams regarding requirement clarification, changes, and ongoing maintenance.Technical Skillset :- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques including workshops, interviews, use case analysis, and user story creation.- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.- Solid understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.- Experience with B2B application integration.- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL (Strategic ERP's database) and CRM systems (implementation or integration preferred).- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- Master's degree a plus.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on documenting technical requirements for ERP, CRM, or B2B applications.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams at all levels.- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
