Position Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in Mobile Applications with a demonstrated track record of success in the field. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise combined with strong business acumen to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. With a minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, the Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements for mobile application projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.Key Responsibilities :Requirement Elicitation and Analysis :- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for mobile application projects.- Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs, business processes, and system interactions.- Employ various techniques such as user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to document requirements in a clear and structured manner.Functional and Technical Specifications :- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for mobile applications, including user interfaces, workflows, and system integrations.- Define data requirements, data models, and data mapping for mobile application features and functionalities.- Work closely with development teams to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and facilitate smooth implementation.Prototyping and Wireframing :- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and validate mobile application design concepts and user interactions.- Iterate on prototypes based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing, ensuring alignment with user expectations and business goals.Mobile Application Architecture :- Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to define the architecture and technical design of mobile applications.- Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to industry best practices and standards.- Provide input on platform selection, frameworks, and tools for mobile application development.Requirements Traceability and Management :- Establish and maintain traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases throughout the project lifecycle.- Utilize requirement management tools to capture, track, and prioritize changes to requirements, ensuring transparency and accountability.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support :- Develop UAT plans, test cases, and scenarios for mobile applications in collaboration with business users.- Coordinate UAT activities, facilitate user feedback sessions, and ensure timely resolution of issues identified during testing.Continuous Improvement and Innovation :- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile application development and business analysis.- Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and optimization in mobile application delivery, driving efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.- 10 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on mobile application projects.- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for mobile applications on iOS, Android, and cross-platform environments.- Strong technical background with proficiency in mobile application architecture, design principles, and development methodologies.- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma, as well as requirement management tools like JIRA or Confluence.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) are preferred.- Minimum 2 Years experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce is a plus.
