Profile Brief: LoMoSo is a CRM company and running loyalty and customer relationship program for JK Tyre since last 5 years. We are looking for a program manager, who can manage this program and take it to the next level. The profile must be proficient with the business understanding and must be good with the business analysis, data insights, loyalty program management, relationship building with JK Tyre's sales team and customers and good at handling the team. Roles and Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of the loyalty program by preparing yearly and monthly execution calendars. Distribute tasks and responsibilities to the Business Process Service team and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Team Management: Manage a team of 4 Business Process Service professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment within the team. Customer Interaction: Interact directly with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and program performance. Identify insights and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis. Presentation Skills: Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and project updates to top management and clients. Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analysis by synthesizing data insights and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement within the loyalty program. Propose innovative solutions to address identified gaps and enhance the program's effectiveness. Client and Customer Visits: Conduct on-demand client and customer visits as needed to gather insights, address concerns, and build rapport. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the B2C loyalty program or consumer services industry. Strong proficiency in data analysis Strong proficiency with tools such as Excel or advance Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. Proven track record of project management, including planning, execution, and team coordination. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities with a focus on team building, coaching, and development. Flexibility to work from home and travel for client and customer visits as required.
