Job Title: Program Manager - JK Baadshah Program Location: It's a remote job but the candidate must be based out at Delhi NCR and need to visit client's offices, their customers and our offices as and when require Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Program Manager to join our team and work closely with our customer JK Tyre. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the JK Tyre's marketing team to design and refine loyalty programs tailored specifically for their fleet customers. The ideal candidate will diligently analyse sales and loyalty data, providing actionable insights to boost sales figures. Reporting directly to the Program Head, you will lead a team of BPS executives, driving success through strategic planning and robust campaign management. Your responsibilities will also include organizing and leading both online and offline meetings, liaising regularly with JK Tyre's sales team and their valued customers, and crafting detailed execution plans on both monthly and yearly scales. Your efforts will aim to elevate customer engagement levels, transitioning them to higher loyalty slabs and ensuring the program's overall success. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for building strong relationships with participating members of JK Baadshah program. Manage day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, ensuring a high level of participant engagement. Collaborate with JK Tyre's marketing and sales team as well as customers to align the loyalty program with broader company goals. Analyse program data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Oversee the budget and resources allocated to the program. Run campaigns, handle contests, and execute club benefits to JK Tyre's customers. Report regularly on the program’s progress and milestones to program head and team JK Tyre. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in program management, preferably in loyalty or relationship management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desired Skills: Experience in the automotive industry or similar sectors. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools. Leadership qualities and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
