We're stronger when we work together, and you like trying new things even if they make you uncomfortable.Key Responsibilities & Objectives :- The Project Manager role will be responsible for B2B partnership engagements for the strategic clients and will work with the engineering team involved in these engagements, to deliver the required outcomes. The Project Manager will be involved in project timeline management for internal /external facing products, collectively leading on user experience and satisfaction .- Lead & guide the cross-functional teams with diverse styles, skills with communication, negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills- Implement and optimize scrum processes in JIRA and Continuously monitors the scrum processes to increase efficiency- Run the daily product update calls and keep the team informed on timeline based deliverables- Document project details and deliverables whenever necessary and keep all the stakeholders updated- Manage project changes effectively, assessing their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget, and obtaining necessary approvals.- As a key part of the team, the manager champions the Core Values and support operations (reporting, controls and overall governance).- Support efforts to challenge for new opportunities. This may include RFP,- Estimations, proposal development, and participating in technical meetings with customers/prospective customers- Drive Agile adoption and create self-sufficient strong hands-on team in driving faster deployment cycles- Establish measurable performance goals to gauge quality of service and improvements over time- Monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed- Ensure positive relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external) are maintainedExperience Expectations :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.- 5-8 years of experience in project management roles, with demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and integrations.- Sound judgement and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to balance competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.- Have excellent understanding in programming languages and coding standards,code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.- Have deep, hands-on technical expertise in high scale systems.
