Responsibilities :- Deeper understand of cloud technology trends and adapt right connected technology elements. - Enable architects in driving best practices in connected car domain. - Identify newer technological and business opportunities - Promote agile practices, ensure software robustness and deliver delightful customer experiences - Build collaborative and high performance engineering teams with agility, mentoring and coaching.Competencies :- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written text. - Negotiation skills - including but not limited to conflict solving, problem-solving and decision making. - Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business- Competencies Independent, delivery focused, able to adhere to processes & deadlines - Pro-active, resourceful & willing to find solutions with minimal guidance- Prior experience of building data driven solutions, building insights, and delivering customer experiences - Prior experience in establishing Cloud Architectures with Microservices - Deeper understanding on nuances of various Cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP - Experience in Distributed systems, Cloud engineering, DevOps, & Security - Strong Networking capabilities across the Globe - Strong know how of requirement engineering and agile practices - Excellent leadership skill (ref:hirist.tech)
