Key Responsibilities :- Cockpit application Software delivery responsible for Software defined Vehicle.- Achieve excellence in delivery by Architecting futuristic, Scalable and reusable Software components- Promote Agile practices, ensure software robustness and deliver delightful Customer experiences- Build collaborative and high-performance Engineering teams with agility, mentoring and coaching.- Enable Architects and developers in driving best practices in software C++/UI/UX domain- Enable futuristic C++/UI/UX themes and Graphical asset development- Work with partners extensively in developing software- Quality and timing focus to ensure software developed and deployed in Vehicle programsCompetencies :- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written text.- Negotiation skills- including but not limited to conflict solving, problem-solving and decision making.- Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business"- "Independent, delivery focused, able to adhere to processes & deadlines- Pro-active, resourceful & willing to find solutions with minimal guidance"- "Experiencing in delivering domain controller-based Cockpit Software preferably in AndroidAutomotive :- Experiencing in delivering domain controller based Cockpit Software preferably in Android Automotive- Deeper understanding of Cockpit Software Architecture inclusive of hypervisor, power modes, Interfaces, ethernet and connectivity- Good knowledge and experience in ASPICE, entire SDLC- Ability to foresee risks in advance and inculcate mitigation measures- High degree of execution excellence and complex Project Management.- Ensure robust Software delivery without slippage on time and quality- Strong knowhow of requirement Engineering and agile practices- Excellent Leadership skills.- Deeper understand of Cloud technology trends and adapt right connected technology elements.- Enable architects in driving best practices in Connected CAR domain.- Identify newer technological and business opportunities- Promote agile practices, ensure software robustness and deliver delightful customer experiences- Build collaborative and high performance Engineering teams with agility, mentoring and coaching.- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written text.- Negotiation skills - including but not limited to conflict solving, problem-solving and decision making.- Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business- Competencies Independent, delivery focused, able to adhere to processes & deadlines- Pro-active, resourceful & willing to find solutions with minimal guidance- Prior experience of building Data driven solutions, building insights, and delivering customer experiences- Prior experience in establishing Cloud Architectures with Microservices- Deeper understanding on nuances of various Cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP- Experience in Distributed systems, Cloud engineering, DevOps, & Security- Strong Networking capabilities across the Globe- Strong know how of requirement engineering and agile practices (ref:hirist.tech)
