Description:
Responsibilities :- Lead a team of backend engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Drive the technical roadmap, making strategic decisions to ensure alignment with business objectives and scalability.- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from Tier-I Colleges.- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.- Proven expertise in Java and web technologies (e. g. , Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).- Strong understanding of distributed system architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP).- Previous experience in a product startup environment is highly desirable.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Passion for building scalable, high-performance systems and solving complex technical challenges.- Familiarity with FinTech concepts and regulations is a plus.
