Description:
Responsibilities :- Develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React and React Native.- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement pixel-perfect designs and integrate with backend APIs.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users and provide timely resolution.- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.Requirements :- Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Demonstrated proficiency in building user interfaces with React and React Native.- Previous experience working in a startup environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents.- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- A passion for learning and continuous improvement, with a proactive attitude towards exploring new technologies and techniques.
