The Opportunity :We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our consumer-facing website and web applications, taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle for the front-end. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, innovate on user experiences, and build high-quality, scalable web applications.Responsibilities :- Lead the development and execution of front-end strategy for our consumer-facing website and web applications.- Design and build clean, efficient, and reusable front-end components and systems with a focus on maintainability and scalability.- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and back-end developers to translate user stories into actionable tasks and ensure seamless integration across the development stack.- Drive the creation of engaging and user-centric web experiences that delight our customers.- Conduct code reviews and participate in design reviews to ensure the quality, consistency, and maintainability of the codeba se.- Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development by sharing best practices and providing guidance.- Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end technologies and trends, and explore innovative solutions to enhance user experience. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 2-5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong track record of building and leading front-end development projects.- In-depth expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass or Less).- Solid understanding of React and experience with building complex React applications.- Familiarity with browser internals and a basic grasp of the network stack.- Working knowledge of common front-end design patterns and best practices.- Basic understanding of application security principles and deployment techniques for front-end projects.- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
