Description:
Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement new features for web applications, ensuring functionality and performance. - Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.- Manage tools and processes for handling analytics data and metrics to assess user experience.- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.- Act as a mentor to fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and knowledge-sharing culture.- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve legacy systems through innovation.Qualifications :- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.- Solid foundation in computer science principles, including software design and development methodologies.- Experience building high-performance and scalable server-side applications.- Proficiency in at least one server-side programming language (e.g. C/C++, Java, Rust).- Familiarity with others is a plus.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Experience in the ad tech industry is a plus.
