Designation : IT Delivery Manager / Associate DirectorExperience : 14+ YearsLocation : Hyderabad / Pune / ChennaiSkills : Someone should be development background earlier now managing Delivery and Project Management and should have strong experience in Property and Casualty insurance domain.Notice Period : 2 Months or lessJob Responsibilities/KRAs :1. Acts as a strategic partner to assigned clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their market and business sectors and their specific challenges and opportunities. Provides thought leadership, insights, and perspectives that support client initiatives and align services and solutions with client needs.2. Applies continuous improvement to existing processes.3. Maintains existing business relationships with assigned clients by staying closely connected to internal project teams, monitoring the progress of ongoing client projects, and helping to address and resolve any issues or problems.4. Leads the development and delivery of innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities.5. Seeks to increase revenue by translating assigned client's challenges into opportunities to sell additional products and services across the company portfolio and drive revenue growth.Must-Have :1. Minimum 14 years of experience in leading technical teams2. Experience in handling and delivering large digital transformation / QA/ COTS / Data projects3. 5+ years in a leadership role4. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management5. Good Knowledge of the Insurance Domain and a Solid understanding of insurance applications and processes6. Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.7. A high degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications8. Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)9. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills10. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.11. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.12. Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.13.
