The position is that of a frontline sales executive who would primarily be responsible for driving business of Asian Paints Tiles category in a defined geography, through demand generation, identifying, mapping, and converting potential business opportunities via Asian Paints channel partners and B2B segments by working closely with all key stakeholders thereby, achieving overall business objectives. Drive overall sales and growth at geography level for tiles category by meticulous planning, indexing, and driving conversions with the help of key stakeholders Opening of new channel partners in tiles category to create product champions in assigned geographies Managing the network of channel partners and servicing their requirements in the tiles category Drive secondary liquidation for assigned channel partners with the help of DSRs Working and collaborating with other teams to drive the product level agenda and enhance retail and project conversions
