Job Description :- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.- Experience coding in one or more of the following programming languages : Java, Python and/or Go Lang.- Experience in algorithms and data structures.- Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.- Experience with Microservices / Distributed event-based architectures desired.- Ability to debug, optimize code and automate routine tasks.- Ability to systematically approach problem-solving and take initiative with a sense of accountability.- Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fast-paced start-up environment - Who is adept at experimenting with new technologies- Demonstrate the ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.- Systematically approach problem-solving, taking initiative and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced startup environment- Design, analyze, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.- Utilize expertise in Java, Python, or Go Lang to develop high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our rapidly growing platform (ref:hirist.tech)
