Responsibilities : - Design and build software solutions that directly impact customers and the world.- Take ownership and be responsible for what you build- Work collaboratively across multiple functions (e. g. Product, Sales, Marketing).- You will develop and execute against both short and long-term roadmaps, making effective tradeoffs between business impact, user experience, and a high-quality technical foundation.- You will support your fellow engineers through feedback, code reviews, and the advancement of internal tools and processes.- Ensuring that all deliverables adhere to our world-class standards- Help with hiring and organization building for future scale.Requirements : - Love building simple solutions to complex problems.- Have a proven track record of taking an idea and making it happen through the entire software development lifecycle.- You are comfortable working with ambiguity and value incremental progress over perfection.- Have worked directly with customers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.- Have been responsible for your code in production environments. -Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills and the tenacity to drive a solution to a conclusion.- Have a learning mindset - Explores new technologies or frameworks and proactively shares his/her learnings with the team.- 5+ years of professional experience.- Professional experience using Java in production quality code.- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.- Strong design skills (HLD and LLD).- Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.- Focus on collaboration and making progress every day over excellence.- Java (Spring boot)- Python- React JS- AWS - EC2 RDS, VPC, S3 Cloudfront- GCP - Bigquery, Pubsub,- MySQL- Docker (ref:hirist.tech)
