Job Description :As a Staff Software Engineer (Backend), you'll be a key contributor to the engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, drive technical excellence, and contribute to the success of the platform.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using Java technologies.- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement and innovation.- Implement best practices for software development, including test-driven development, continuous integration, and deployment automation.Qualification :- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend engineering using Java.- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Springboot, Micro Services, Hibernate).- Experience designing and developing distributed systems and microservices architectures.- Solid understanding of relational and MySQL databases, as well as data modeling concepts.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Cloud.
