Responsibilities :- Evaluate and recommend testing tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance QA automation coverage.- Collaborate with leadership to develop best practices and improve testing processes.- Develop and maintain test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks across multiple projects with diverse requirements.- Work closely with engineers and business analysts to design testing strategies, scenarios, and test cases.- Conduct automated performance and security testing to ensure the robustness of our applications.- Manage life-like test data to simulate real-world scenarios and enhance test coverage.- Set up and configure testing environments to mirror production conditions.- Gather metrics and generate reports on automated test results for analysis and continuous improvement.- Provide training and mentorship to junior QA engineers to foster skill development and knowledge transfer.- Thoroughly document work and processes to ensure knowledge retention and facilitate effective collaboration.Should Have :- Inclination towards compliance with company policies.- Transparent and effective communication.- Adaptable work ethic and a willingness to receive and incorporate feedback.We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.
