Job Description: Technical Skills: - Expert knowledge in object-oriented Python programming.- Proficient in pushing code to GIT for version control.- Strong Expertise in DataBricks and PySpark for data processing and analysis.- 4 to 5 years of experience in data science or related field.- Knowledge of AB testing methodologies.- Cloud deployment experience in Azure for scalable data solutions.- Experience with campaign measurement and analysis is a plus.Good to Have: - Familiarity with retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries is a plus.- Ability to conduct hypothesis testing and design experiments for data analysis.- Understanding of statistical concepts for data analysis.- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms for predictive modelling.- Exposure to data visualization tools [Power BI] for presenting insights effectively.Soft Skills: - Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and explain technical results clearly and concisely.- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to tackle complex data challenges.- Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Additional Details:.
