As a key player, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead best practices in testing and architecture, and provide mentorship to junior and senior team members. If you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, over 7 years of backend software development experience, and proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, Python, ExpressJS, NodeJS, MongoDB/NoSQL, and Rust, we want to hear from you!Job Description :- Designing and developing complex high-quality backend software solutions for our AI team and Large Language models (LLMs)- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements- Ensuring robustness and scalability by leading best practices for testing, architecture, and code quality- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior and senior team membersJob Responsibilities :- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field- Minimum of 7 years of experience in backend software development- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with customer-facing product teams- Experience leading or managing technical teams- Strong proficiency in languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Typescript, Python, ExpressJS, NodeJS, MongoDB/NoSQL, and Rust- Extensive experience with micro-service backend frameworks and technologies, as well as server less architectures- Extensive experience with database systems and query optimization- Experience working with LLMs and supporting LLM architectures at scale (nice to have)- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills- Start-up experience and a scrappy/flexible mind set (ref:hirist.tech)
