Role : - You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring system uptime and security, and driving innovation through technology adoption.- This is a senior leadership role that requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.- You will be a trusted advisor to senior management and play a key role in shaping the future of our IT landscape.Responsibilities :- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and operations.- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies, policies, and procedures that support business objectives, leverage industry best practices, and ensure long-term IT sustainability.- Oversee the planning, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of IT systems, including networks, servers, storage, applications, and cloud environments.- Manage IT projects and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance IT capabilities, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, department heads, and external vendors.- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, security standards, and data protection policies.- Monitor IT performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.- Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in technology, and leverage opportunities to drive innovation and gain a competitive advantage.Technical Skills :- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and virtualization technologies.- Expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).- Working knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT).- Experience with IT project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).- Proficiency in various operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux).- Understanding of database management systems.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.- Proven experience in IT roles, with a successful track record of developing and implementing IT strategies.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Experience managing IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.Desired Skills :- Experience in industries such as [industry relevant to your company] where IT plays a critical role in business operations and innovation.- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and their potential applications in your industry.- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. ITIL, PMP, CISSP).
