Description:
Job Description • Good Knowledge on Food safety lawas ( application of Licenses and Complinces ), Legal Metrology rules ans regulations, Consumer laws, Intelectual Property Laws. • Various trade licenses applicable for FMCG, Manufacturing and Retail business. • Legal Due diligence of Commercial properties and drafting of various Lease, License, Service agreement. • Work on Agreements, and other maintaining legal documentation / Records. • Handle and assist Seniors on litigation matters before Courts or any authorities. • Working collaboratively with other members of legal team. • Conduct research on Legal matters that may impact business operations and present finding to the seniors . • Handling compalints/grievance supervision. • Research on Advocacy related to Legal policies, Laws and regulations and crearing representations. • Support the business operation of required ongoing compliances activities. • Maintain the MIS sheet with respect to various agreements , compliances nd other legal activities on day to day affairs. • Intellectual property rights registration and protection. • Filinhg of Legal documents and MIS management. • Any other assignment given by management from time to time, as per company's requirement Ansuya Satish/Shrinidhi Vyas 982435XXXX/ 966226XXXX
