Description:
We are hiring for ServiceNow Architect for our Esteemed client company who can join us Immediately.Position : ServiceNow Architect. Experience : 7+ Years. CTC : 28 LPA - 30 LPA. Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days. Job Location : Bangalore/ Chennai (WFO). JOB DESCRIPTION : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Service Management(ITSM), with expertise in all modules.- Proven track record of architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.- Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and ITIL certification preferred.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are required.- Additional certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, or PMP are a plus.
