Position : ServiceNow ArchitectExperience : 8+yrsAvailable Locations : Bangalore / ChennaiBudget : Upto 30 LPANotice Period : Immediate to 15 days.Responsibilities :- Develop comprehensive ServiceNow strategies, architectures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives.- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation within the ServiceNow platform.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in ServiceNow and ITSM, recommending innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the ServiceNow ecosystem.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with expertise in all modules.- Proven track record of architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.- Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and ITIL certification preferred.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are required. - Additional certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, or PMP are a plus.
