About the Role :In this leadership role, you will leverage your in-depth technical expertise and experience in service delivery to lead a team of engineers in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for the entire service lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement to ongoing maintenance and support.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the Service Delivery team- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful project execution- Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for assigned technologies and services- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to develop technical proposals and solutions- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design customized service solutions- Oversee the implementation and deployment of services, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively- Proactively identify and resolve service issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring client satisfaction- Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement within the Service Delivery team- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends relevant to the services offered- Contribute to the development and knowledge sharing within the teamRequirements :- 5-8 years of experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or a related role- Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams- Strong technical expertise in the technologies and services offered by the company (specify technologies relevant to your company)- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues- Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional service- Experience in developing and implementing service delivery processes (a plus)- Project management experience (a plus) (ref:hirist.tech)
