We are looking for a talented and passionate Frontend Engineer to join our team and build beautiful, user-friendly web experiences using React.js!About the Role :In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our company website and internal web applications. You will leverage your expertise in React.js and web development principles to create responsive, performant, and scalable web experiences for our users. You will also collaborate closely with designers and back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration and a positive user experience.Responsibilities :- Design and develop user interfaces (UI) using React.js and related libraries- Implement responsive web design (RWD) principles to ensure website renders flawlessly across various devices (desktops, tablets, mobiles)- Develop reusable and maintainable code components adhering to best practices- Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups into functional UIs- Monitor website performance and identify usability issues that may affect traffic- Work with the development team to plan and implement website upgrades and new features- Assist in the development of internal web applicationsRequirements :- 2-6 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer with a focus on React.js- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Proficiency in React.js concepts and best practices (JSX, components, state management)- Experience with web development tools (e.g. Git, npm, build tools)- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsDesirable Skills :- Experience with TypeScript for type-safe development- Experience developing for mobile screens- Knowledge of accessibility best practices- Experience with UI/UX design principles- Experience with unit testing frameworks (ref:hirist.tech)
