They offer a wide range of services across different industries and have a global network to connect businesses with the right people.Role Description : This is a full-time Senior Java Software Engineer role at LanceSoft, Inc. located in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Java Software Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks associated with software development, including working with microservices, programming, and utilizing the Spring Framework and Java. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being Bengaluru and the option to work from home.Location : Bangalore. Experience : 5+ Years. This role is for staff augmentation support and resources will be assisting non-core activities.- Support to Develop and test code to deliver functionality that meets the overall business strategy and objectives.- Support to Build the work needed to implement features from the product backlog.- Size user stories.- Support to Unit test code, create automated test scripts, and execute all other testing-related tasks.- Support Test deliverables against a user story's acceptance tests.- Support to Execute necessary project documentation.- Work closely with other team to ensure that features meet business needs.- Follow industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation.- Work with infrastructure, security, and other partners.- 3-5 years in an engineering role.- 1-3 years participating in agile development.- Scrum certification, a plus.- Experience with test-driven development and software test automation.- Deep experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.). Technical Proficiency : - Proficiency in our technology stack, which encompasses Java/Kotlin, Springboot/Micronaut, Gradle, PostgreSQL, Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis Cache.- Expertise working in Ubuntu, Centos servers and Chef automation.- Proficient in Test Driven build patterns with knowledge on Unit, Integration and functional testcases and deploying applications on cloud- Expertise in building RESTful APIs and backend jobs.- Proficiency in developing file IO and Bulk data processing applications.- Expertise in working with databases like Postgres, mongo, querying, performance optimization.- Proficiency in agile practices, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborating with other teams.Additional Qualifications for Added Value : - Big data handling.- Batch Files processing in java/kotlin.- Performance testing and optimization.- Secure coding practices.- Familiarity with PCI security standards.- Excellent knowledge on OOPS, SOLID principles, design principles and coding standards.- Architecture and design cloud and big data applications.- Proficiency in Database Design and ERD.- Expert in coding with Kotlin/micronaut and have advanced production experience with Kafka, Postgres Code review.Additional qualifications for added value :- Expertise working in banking domain.
