Job Description :Required :- 5+ years of solid experience with a wide range of web, backend, or mobile technologies.- Strong experience of at least one of the following languages in a cloud-based ecosystem : Ruby, React, ReactNative- Experience presenting technical solutions to customers.- A proven track record of designing scalable and maintainable technical solutions.- Experience leading development efforts across multiple projects or workstreams in parallel.- Experience working with off-shore/outsourced developers across different time zones.- Experience with code review tools and practices to ensure best practices are followed and code quality gates are achieved.- Experience with creating documentation, unit tests, integration tests, security, and load tests.- Solid Understanding of GitOps principles.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (business, engineering, IT) to understand business needs and translate them into technical roadmaps and architectures. - Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-level IT solutions. - Select and implement appropriate technologies (hardware, software, cloud platforms) based on project requirements and future scalability. - Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines. - Evaluate and integrate new technologies to optimize performance and efficiency. - Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, security best practices, and industry standards. - Mentor and guide software development teams on technical design principles and best practices. - Document technical architectures and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and emerging trends.
