Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Patching Support Administrator to join our team. As an L3 Patching Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our client's IT infrastructure. This is a challenging and dynamic position that requires excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. If you have a passion for technology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities :- Perform regular patch management activities for our client's IT systems, ensuring all software, firmware, and operating systems are up to date.- Oversee the deployment of patches, updates, and security fixes across the organization's network, servers, and endpoints.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective patching strategies and policies.- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to patch management, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.- Monitor patch management systems and tools, ensuring they are functioning optimally and effectively.- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and provide recommendations for patching and remediation.- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in patch management and security.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in patch management and support.- Strong knowledge of patching tools and technologies, such as Microsoft SCCM, WSUS, or similar.- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Relevant certifications in patch management or security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate) would be a plus.
