We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Programmer Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development and analysis, with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions. As a Senior Programmer Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing user requirements, designing technical solutions, and leading development teams to deliver high-quality software products.Responsibilities : Software Development : - Design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet business requirements and technical specifications.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages and technologies such as Java, Python, C#, etc.System Analysis and Design : - Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system design documents.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical solutions to address them.Database Design and Management : - Design and implement database schemas, tables, and queries to support software applications.- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security.Application Integration : - Integrate software applications with existing systems and third-party APIs to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability.- Implement and maintain integration solutions using technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, etc.Code Review and Quality Assurance : - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.- Perform unit testing and participate in quality assurance activities to identify and fix defects in the software.Documentation and Technical Writing : - Prepare technical documentation including system design documents, user manuals, and release notes.- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Technical Skills Required : - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, etc.- Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring, Django, ASP.NET, etc.- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).- Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN) and build automation tools (e.g. Maven, Gradle).- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e. g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 5-8 years of experience in software development and analysis roles.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
