We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Intune Support Administrator to join our team. As an Intune Support Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Intune environment, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance. You will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide assistance to end users, and implement security policies and compliance standards for Intune. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in managing and supporting Intune environments.Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Intune-related issuesMonitor and maintain the performance and reliability of the Intune environmentCollaborate with the IT team to ensure the implementation and enforcement of security policies and compliance standards in IntuneAssist end users with device enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting in IntuneManage and maintain Intune policies, profiles, and applicationsConduct regular audits of Intune configurations and policies to ensure complianceStay up to date with the latest Intune updates and features, and recommend improvements to enhance the Intune environmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldProven experience in managing and supporting Intune environmentsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including Intune and related technologiesProficient in configuring and troubleshooting Intune policies, profiles, and applicationsFamiliarity with Microsoft cloud technologies, including Office 365 and Azure Active DirectoryExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentRelevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified, Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
