About the Role :We are looking for a talented and experienced Twilio Flex developer to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative applications using the Twilio Flex platform. You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create user-friendly and scalable communication solutions.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain custom Twilio Flex plugins and components.- Leverage React, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g, Material-UI or Bootstrap) to build intuitive user interfaces for the Flex agent desktop.- Utilize TypeScript or modern JavaScript best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.- Implement web accessibility guidelines to create inclusive user experiences.- Write unit and integration tests for comprehensive application coverage.- Apply SOLID design principles and secure coding practices to build robust and secure applications.- Integrate with web services and third-party APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Fiddler.- Develop and maintain RESTful web services for efficient data exchange.- Experience working with Azure DevOps for building CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.Required Skills :- Extensive experience developing with Twilio Flex and its capabilities.- In-depth knowledge of React, Redux, and modern JavaScript concepts.- Experience with CSS frameworks like Material-UI or Bootstrap (Material-UI preferred).- Proficiency in TypeScript or a strong understanding of modern JavaScript best practices.- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Understanding of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG).- Experience with unit and integration testing methodologies.- Familiarity with SOLID design principles and secure coding practices.- Experience integrating with web services and third-party APIs.- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.Desired Skills :- Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (a plus).
