Job Description :Designation : IT HeadReports to : F&A HeadQualification : BE- BSC Electronics /Computer ScienceYears of Experience : 10 - 15 yrsIndustry : Chemical / Pharma / Paint / Fertilizers / Adhesives ManufacturingRequired Exposure : Good knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure , SAP coordination , Salesforce Coordination, Warehouse Management System, Microsoft Office products Experience in maintaining Microsoft installations, basic knowledge in Active Directory Experience in Microsoft Cloud and it's basic concepts Basic knowledge in virtualization concepts Basic knowledge in LAN/WLAN operation, networking and routing concepts Proficiency in English Language communication Proficiency in handling multiple Reporting at India and GermanyJob Description : Developing IT CAPEX and OPEX Management, Asset Management, liaising agreements with resellers, vendors and service providers; ensuring complete accountability of Manufacturing Unit & Head Office in respect of IT System. Administering end-to-end SAP and SalesForce Reports development initiation, planning, execution & closure in coordination with German Teams. Directing all technology operations (Application, Security, and Infra & Operations) and evaluating them according to established business goals. Planning and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management & global corporate information technology. Analyzing the business requirements of all departments, determining their technology needs and finding solution architecture to accomplish the requirement. Identifying data requirements / designing data warehouse and business intelligence applications to satisfy business objectives. Managing project deliverables, vendor assessment, management, planning, execution, monitoring and closure. Recommending modifications to the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business results/strategic intent. Implementing programs through weekly reviews, monitoring project execution against proposed plans. Ensuring that all stakeholders that included vendor and end user are aware of respective responsibilities. Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution/delivery of the same. Analyzing and mapping existing business processes to the desired levels and suggesting appropriate business solutions. Interacting with stakeholders for requirement gathering; preparing functional specifications and design documents. Offering the maintenance, go-live & after-live support. Managing daily operations for ensuring that the network and the infrastructure are up & running and provides a high degree of reliability and availability. Ensuring that IT systems, applications and communication equipment within the organization are managed and maintained in accordance with documented processes, procedures, guidelines and instructions.
