Responsibilities : - Lead full-stack development using React, React Native, Node.js, and Python.- Design and maintain microservices architecture for scalability and modularity.- Ensure code quality, security, and reliability measures are implemented.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.- Drive technical excellence and innovation within the engineering team.- Optimize performance and scalability to support growing business demands.- Embrace Agile methodologies for continuous improvement.Requirements : - 2+ years of scalable application and platform development experience.- Strong computer science fundamentals and design patterns knowledge.- Proficiency in ReactJS, React Native, Node.js, HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.- Hands-on experience with Microservices and RESTful web services.- Familiarity with TDD, SQL/No-SQL databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).- Exposure to architecture best practices and CI/CD automation tools.- Willingness to adapt and learn new/emerging technologies.- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
