Oracle EPM Financial Close & Consolidation (FCCS) Principal Consultants for the Oracle EPM Financial Close and Consolidation (FCCS) application development in accordance with leading practices. They apply well-honed consulting, technical, and functional skills to guide clients and other team members towards the appropriate application implementation decisions. Responsibilities include: Job Type: Contract or Contract to HireTimings: 2 pm to 11 pm shift Conduct current state assessments to understand a client's business process and pain points Conduct workshops for all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and cutover Configure FCCS out of the box functionality, as well as complex customizations as-needed Configure application components, including databases, rules, calc scripts, reports, security and process management modules Lead junior team members with required FCCS deliverables Assist with data conversion and interfacing activities, including testing and validating data Develop and deliver training for End Users, Power Users, and Administrators Document system design requirements according to business needs Support deployment of consolidation applications for cutover and migrations Provide expertise and input regarding consolidation processes in accordance with leading practices Required Skills & Experience: 8 - 10 years of implementation experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Experience or exposure to Data Management / Data Integration (ability to develop simple file-based integrations is a plus) Experience developing a Cash Flow in FCCS including movement dimension and reporting requirements Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS accounting standards Experience with intercompany eliminations and configuration Experience developing Financial Reports / Management Reports and Smart View Understanding of foreign currency translations and currency effect Experience with consolidation methods, joint ventures, direct and indirect ownership structures, equity pickup Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public and private companies Deep understanding of financial close cycle and best practices Familiarity with financial audits, internal controls, US regulatory reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance Expert data reconciliation skills Education: Graduate or Equivalent degree Powered by JazzHR
