Job Description :Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.Roles & Responsibilities :- Good knowledge of CMDB and its associated process, OOB class structure, CSDM process.- Overall knowledge of ServiceNow Platform including building new applications, Integrations & enhancing existing applications.- Work on Solution Design for new requirements Integrations, suggest recommendations and best practices.- Identify any gaps in existing solutions, suggest and work on improvements.- GuideMentor team members.- Exposure of having worked in large organizations managing multiple Service Management tools.- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.- Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, ITIL CertifiedTop 3 Mandatory Skills :- Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.- Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, ITIL Certified- No support profile.Joining time / Notice Period : 0-30 DaysMinimum Relevant Experience : 4 YearsEducation/qualification : Any Graduate.
