Position : Project ManagerExperience : 8+ yearsWork Mode : WFO (Hybrid )Location : Andheri Mumbai ,Bannerghatta, Bangalore - Communication must be good- Experience in Tech Project Management/ Architecture- Experience in Agile- Tech Relevance (Close or Adjacent)- Maximum team size handled- Experience in client management- Experience working International client- Experience in Restful Services- Experience in Mobile app development (Front End)- React Native, React JS- Experience in Mobile App Devt (Backend)- Python, Node or PHP- Communication skillsJob Responsibilities : - Hands on attitude when mentoring/helping other team members- Exposure to software development especially Web and Mobile- Design software - high level as well as detailed design- Interact with customers, gather requirements and take over as a Scrum Master- Take on all challenges of productization and project management; lead the dev team with example- Responsible for delivery deadlines- Responsible for estimating new proposals- Suggests smart technical solutions to meet client requirements efficiently- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients- Champion a responsive and stack-agnostic approach to modern software- Should be proficient in AgileEssential Skill Sets :- Should have hands on experience in web technologies or mobile application- Should have knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web Should have knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL, concurrency, security, encryption, HTTPS etc.- Should be comfortable with multiple technology stacks on both front-end and back-end.- Very strong analytical skills and problem solving- Very good oral and written communication- Knowledge on cloud- Experience on monitoring servers will be an addedShould have following professional qualities :Leadership :- Achieves excellence in all areas of business.- Champions change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.Teamwork :- Reinforces team approach throughout development efforts .
