Job Title: Software Lead - Project ManagementJob Summary: We are seeking a talented Software Lead with strong project management skills. The Software Lead - Project Management will be responsible for managing software development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management experience. Job Responsibilities : Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate project status to stakeholders Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies Manage and allocate project resources effectively Evaluate project results and implement process improvements Mentor and provide guidance to team membersQualifications and Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in software development Prior experience as a software lead or project manager/Lead Strong understanding of software development lifecycle 10+ years of C# .NET Development Experience Ability to develop in Angular 7+ Hands-on database design along with proficient SQL knowledge. Strong leadership and team management skills Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with Agile methodologies and tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentLocation : Mumbai, India with availability to travel to i.e., Saudi Arabia on a long-term basis (ref:hirist.tech)
