Job Description :Key Requirements :- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in product planning and support for large, highly complex projects.- Demonstrate proven leadership in Agile transformation from a traditional delivery setup.- Exhibit previous experience in product delivery, from ideation to implementation.- Ability to concurrently manage multiple workstreams involving complex designs to meet business requirements.- Strong business and stakeholder management skills.- Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, ALM, etc.Additional Desired Skills :- Familiarity with system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, agile software development, rapid prototyping, and DevOps).- Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and technical skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities.- Ability to work effectively with technical team members in both in-house and outsourced environments.- Skillful in influencing, guiding, and facilitating stakeholders and peers in decision-making.- Proficiency in articulating new ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Capability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
